Knowledge Academy – How it works

The process of completing a Knowledge Academy course is very straightforward.

  1. You create a Booking
  2. You add delegates
  3. Delegates complete an online form and will then receive a login for our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
  4. Delegates log into the VLE and complete the course
  5. When the course is successfully completed, the delegates will receive an email with a link to their certificate

Please note:

  • Knowledge Academy delegates will not receive a photo card, only a certificate
  • Knowledge Academy delegates will receive a separate certificate for each course they complete
  • Knowledge Academy qualifications will not be added to an existing photo card
