Dashboard and reports
The new Online Registration System provides you with at a glance information about the status of your training. Here follows a brief explanation of the various dials and diagrams.
There are unresolved corrective actions from audits
This message will only appear when there are corrective actions from audits that have yet to be completed. Click the magnifying glass to see a list of audits and those that require action. This message will automatically disappear when the issues have been resolved.
Live bookings
This panel tells you the number of bookings in the system that are currently live, i.e. that are in the future or have delegates on them that have not been processed.
Expiring Cards
This panel tells you the number of delegates that have been trained by you before, of whom their cards are about to expire. Click on the magnifying glass to see a list of these delegates.
Pass rate
There two dials, one showing the average percentage of delegates that passed their course from the 1st of January this year, the other the same but for the previous month only. The average number below the dial shows you the percentage of delegates that passed in the same period of all members combined. The dial is red when you are below this average, otherwise it shows green.
Cards issued by month
Here you can see the number of cards you have issued from the 1st of January for this year, compared with last year.
Bookings by month
here you can see the number of bookings you have created each month since the 1st of January this year, compared with last year’s figures.
Create CSV report
This button will take you to the reports page, where you can select a date range for your report. This will produce a CSV file with all the transactions we have processed for you. A detailed explanation of how you can use the report to generate various useful stats will follow soon.
