Dashboard and reports

The Online Registration System provides you with at a glance information about the status of your training. Below is an overview of the features included on the Dashboard.

There are unresolved corrective actions from audits

This message will only appear when there are corrective actions from audits that have yet to be completed. Click the magnifying glass to see a list of audits and those that require action. This message will automatically disappear when the issues have been resolved.

Live bookings

This panel tells you the number of bookings in the system that are currently live, i.e. that are in the future or have delegates on them that have not been processed.

Expiring Cards

This panel tells you the number of delegates that have been trained by you before and whose cards are about to expire. Click on the magnifying glass to see a list of these delegates.

Create CSV report

This button will take you to the reports page, where you can select a date range for your report and the type of report you require. A more detailed explanation of how you can use the reporting feature can be found here.

Current Rank

This dial shows you where you rank in terms of the number of delegates processed this calendar year compared to other training members.

CPD Status

This dial shows the percentage of employed instructors who are on track with CPD points gained for the calendar year. By clicking the magnifying glass you can view a list of all instructors to see a detailed view of CPD points gained by each instructor.

Pass Rate

Here you can see the average percentage of delegates that passed their course both year to date and for the previous calendar month.
The average number below the dials shows you the percentage of delegates that passed in the same period for all members combined.

Bookings by month

Here you can see the number of bookings you have created each month since 1st January this year, compared with last year’s figures.

Cards issued by month

Here you can see the number of cards you have issued from 1st January for this year, compared with last year.

Dispatched Advice Notes

Here you can see a list of all the recently dispatched advice notes. Please refer to guidance on receiving advice notes here for information on this section.

League Table

The table at the bottom of the page shows the total number of cards processed and printed in a calendar month for all Training Members.
