Knowledge Academy – Completing the enrolment

As soon as a delegate is added to a booking and their correct email address was added to the booking, the delegate will receive an email. This email will contain a link and a short explanation of what they need to do.

The link will take the delegate to a page where they will be asked to confirm their name and complete some additional details. When they complete the form it will enrol them on our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). They will receive another email containing a link to the VLE plus their password they will need to log in.

Once logged into the VLE they will be guided through their course.
