Delegate Photographs

All delegates attending training courses are required to have their photograph taken. These photographs should be taken at the start of the day to ensure all delegates are photographed, even if someone leaves the course early.

Rule for photographs

 

Photos must be:

• in colour
• clear and in focus (headshot)
• unaltered by computer software
• 400 pixels wide and 500 pixels tall
• cropped using the cropping tool within the system, if required

The digital photo must:

• contain no other objects or people
• have no company logos or branding in the background
• be taken against a plain, light-coloured background

Delegates must:

• face forwards and look straight into the camera
• have eyes open and visible
• have no shadows on the face
• have nothing covering the face
