Virtual Cards Overview (PASMA)

Virtual cards are hosted on the TowerSure app, which ensures they are always up to date, and are securely linked to the PASMA learning record.
Delegates can receive their card as soon as they receive their certificate number and can easily access it through a smartphone.

Training Members can opt in to receive virtual cards from December 2024.

In March 2025 all members will be switched over to virtual cards automatically, but exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

From June 2025, virtual cards become mandatory, however, physical cards, for those that need them, remain available for a fee of £15 + VAT and can be ordered via the system. Any member that opted out of virtual cards before June 2025, will be automatically opted back in.
