Knowledge Academy – How it works
The process of completing a Knowledge Academy course is very straightforward.
- You create a Booking
- You add delegates
- Delegates complete an online form and will then receive a login for our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
- Delegates log into the VLE and complete the course
- When the course is successfully completed, the delegates will receive an email with a link to their certificate
Please note:
- Knowledge Academy delegates will not receive a photo card, only a certificate
- Knowledge Academy delegates will receive a separate certificate for each course they complete
- Knowledge Academy qualifications will not be added to an existing photo card
