Delegates Overview

Every delegate that takes part in a course must be registered on the system. Delegates are added to bookings.

You may add a delegate before the course takes place (Pre-register). The advantage of this is that instructors can see how many people are booking on his or her course.

In the delegates section on the system you can find any delegate that has been booked on a course in order for example to order a replacement card or to re-crop their photograph.
